Under ISPM-15 phytosanitary regulations (Section 2.1), wood packaging made entirely from processed wood material (such as compressed chipwood created using glue, heat, and pressure) is officially exempt from phytosanitary quarantine restrictions.
Will nails split or crack the blocks during high-speed pneumatic assembly?
No. Because M-Stak® has an isotropic composite density without natural grain lines, annular ring shank and screw nails drive in with zero splitting and deliver up to 35% higher pull-out resistance than raw pine.
